Exhibitor Game Plan
Dear fellow wedding professionals,
First, thank you for being part of this exciting event. We’re thrilled to have you contribute to its success. To ensure we all achieve a great return on our investments, it's important that we work together as a team with clear goals in mind. Below are some recommendations we strongly encourage you to follow to help make this event a huge success!
First and foremost, be sure to invite all your personal friends to our Facebook page. To do this, go to the page, click the three dots, and then select "Invite friends" halfway down the menu. From there, you can select all your friends to invite. Depending on how many friends you have, you might need to repeat this process a few times.
Share the event flyer frequently on your page, stories, and wall: Keep the event top of mind by sharing the flyer often across your platforms. Consider pinning the post as well.
Please tag us in all your posts to help potential guests easily find the page for more info and to purchase tickets: Tagging our account ensures guests can easily access more details and ticketing.
Video content generates the best engagement on social media: Consider posting short, engaging videos about the event to boost interaction and excitement.
If you have a newsletter, be sure to include a mention of this event with a link to the Eventbrite page: Include a direct link to encourage quick sign-ups and keep your audience informed.
Market this event to your current couples—your clients may share it with other engaged couples: Reach out to your couples and encourage them to spread the word to their network of engaged friends.
Promote any special offers or giveaways you’re hosting: Highlight any discounts, contests, or exclusive deals you’re offering at the event to generate interest.
Collaborate with other vendors to cross-promote and extend your reach: Partner with other professionals at the event to broaden your exposure and grow your network.
Post behind-the-scenes content leading up to the event to build excitement: Give sneak peeks of event prep or fun facts to keep your audience engaged and excited.
Parking & Load-In Details
Important Load-In Details
Check in begins at 7:00 AM in the front lobby. Event badges will be provided.
Load-in and setup may begin after checking in.
Everyone must load-in through the dock, unless otherwise approved.
All Wedding Pros MUST park in the RED parking lot after checking in.
The load-in dock is located right next to the red parking lot. Please have your event badge ready.
Please put into consideration that other pros will be loading in around the same time. Please factor this into your arrival and setup plan.
Load-in size requirements coming soon. We’ll also be making a video guide so you are confident on the day of load-in logistics.
How To Be Successful
Success in any endeavor comes from having a solid plan and executing it well. Below are some key recommendations to help you get the most out of this event. Our goal is to help you maximize bookings, so we strongly encourage you to create a visually captivating booth and actively engage with guests.
Create Visual Appeal: Use high-quality, eye-catching signage, banners, or displays that reflect your brand and services. A clean, organized, and visually appealing booth will draw people in. (See our fast signs list to improve your setup!)
Offer a giveaway that people genuinely want and will remember.
Create an engaging contest to collect leads (name, wedding date, email) at your booth.
Qualify visitors as soon as they arrive to ensure they need your services and that you’re available for their wedding date.
Set clear goals and aim for scheduling meetings rather than booking clients right on the spot.
Be approachable, friendly, and actively engage with couples by standing in front of your booth. This is so important!
Stay until the very end of the show: Don’t leave early! Packing up early sets the tone that you’ll do the same for their event.
Network and introduce yourself to as many fellow wedding professionals as you can before the show starts. A rising tide raises all ships!
Follow up quickly after the show to maintain momentum and build relationships.
Engage with a Demo or Live Activity: Offering live demonstrations or interactive experiences gives attendees a chance to experience what you do firsthand.
Have Business Cards and Brochures Ready: Always have a stack of business cards, brochures, or flyers with you. People love something tangible to take home and remember you by. (Check in with our Fast Signs
Offer a Show-Exclusive Discount or Promotion: Giving an exclusive deal or promotion at the event can motivate potential clients to take the next step.
Smile and Make Eye Contact: People are drawn to positive energy. A warm smile and friendly attitude can go a long way in creating connections.
Prepare Your Pitch: Have a short, engaging elevator pitch ready so you can quickly explain what you do and how it benefits the couple’s wedding day.
Stay Organized: Keep your booth clean and organized throughout the event. Having a neat setup helps present your business as professional and ready to serve.
Ask for Feedback: Engage visitors by asking about their wedding plans and what they're looking for, helping you better understand their needs while providing a more personalized service.
Keep track of leads: Create a hidden contact form on your website specifically for events like this. You can also set it up on an iPad at your booth to collect information digitally, instead of using paper forms.
